As Predicted By The EmperorJust file this under I for I-told-you-so... Apparently, and much to EVERYONE's surprise, teens who take pledges of abstinence have just as much sex as those who don't. As a bonus, they are less likely to practice safe sex. I'm not sure I really support that as the official national position on sex ed. What do you think?
