Bad day when I agree with Alito
The Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional use of capital punishment for child rapists. Justice Kennedy wrote in his opinion that "there is a national consensus against capital punishment for the crime of child rape". Really? Have they really surveyed on this? I don't think so. Even hardened criminals think child rapists deserve the death penalty.
