Volunteering time overseas, in "war ravished and food poor countries." Handing out vaccines, food, and money... in exchange for sex. With children, of course.
After interviewing hundreds of children, the charity says it found instances of rape, child prostitution, pornography, indecent sexual assault and trafficking of children for sex.

This is definitely disgraceful but I don't think this is anything new, sadly.

Child trafficking doesn't happen overnight, or go unnoticed. It being one of the "oldest tricks in the book," makes this story even sadder, IMO. The "sudden" awareness by the Charity organizations gets a big eye roll... "oh, someone finally noticed? Guess we have to do something about those pesky child abusers now." *chokes them*
