A school in Massachusetts has successfully retained its right to use electrical shocks to discipline students, despite the fact that in October, they had to fire 7 people and explain why two of the students had been shocked excessively in the middle of the night. (One of them, to the point of treatable burns.) Oh, did I mention? The incident was provoked by a prank call from a former student/inmate there, pretending to be a supervisor....
