The package of cheddar we bought last week, "best by" date of June 27 '06, unopened, was hugely moldy. So instead, I had to use mozerella in my already-cooking food (milk, leftover brown rice, and broccoli) and ended up with a very tasty rissoto-like thing! Yum!

Still kinda irritated about the cheddar, though.
